Grant P. Lussier
Founder & Managing Partner
Since 1994, Grant Lussier has recruited more than 250 senior level executives primarily in Financial Services, IT (HW/SW), Telecommunications (carriers-datacom) and Media companies. He specializes in recruiting senior-level executives for publicly-traded companies and "C" level executives for venture capital and private equity portfolio companies. Grant has conducted Board searches and "C" level executive recruiting assignments for Global 2000 companies throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
A partial list of previous clients include Accenture, AT&T, MCI, Nextel, Nortel, Sony, Toshiba, GE Capital, Komatsu, Citibank, New York Life, McGraw-Hill, Columbia TriStar Pictures, and SAP. A partial list of Venture Capital clients include Bessemer Venture Partners, Columbia Capital, JP Morgan Capital, Chase Capital Partners, Bluestream Ventures, Prism Venture Partners, Zero Stage Capital and Advent International.
Prior to Celera Partners, Mr. Lussier was a partner and managing director at Heidrick & Struggles and Spencer Stuart. During his tenure as Chairman and Country Manager for Spencer Stuart in Mexico, Grant built the fastest-growing executive search firm in the history of Latin America. As a strategy consultant with Arthur D. Little, Grant worked with Global 2000 corporations providing business unit portfolio analysis and assessed international acquisitions, divestitures and cross-border investment strategies. As a practice leader of the firm’s Hispanic Specialty practice, Grant remains intimately involved with senior executive leaders and public service officials throughout the Americas.
Grant was raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina and received a B.A. degree in International Relations from Brown University. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English. Upon graduation, Grant was the founder and for 11 years the CEO of 3XM, Inc. a pioneer in CAD-CAM CNC software.
Kelly Vange
Managing Director
Kelly Vange conducts senior-level executive search assignments on a national and international basis for professional services, high-technology and financial sector clients. Additionally, he is a key member of the Celera Partners Hispanic specialty practice where he draws on his twenty years of experience directing people, projects, and consulting engagements throughout Latin America. Raised in Argentina, Kelly is a bi-cultural and bi-lingual highly-articulate leader with a track record of P&L success and general management experience. He has exceptional international exposure, having lived in 7 countries, worked in 16, and visited nearly 60.
Prior to Celera Partners, Kelly was General Manager of 1&1 Internet, US subsidiary of the world’s #1 web host, a profitable internet company with revenues exceeding $60M and more than 600,000 customers. As Managing Consultant at Synygy, the worldwide leader in Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) applications software and services, Kelly presented the company’s capabilities to Fortune 500 prospects in the US and Mexico as subject-matter expert and engagement lead. As Director, Client Engagement Group at Strategic Management Group (SMG), Kelly led the company’s largest creative profit center. As SMG’s Director, International Services, Kelly managed significant business operations in Canada, Latin America, India, and Asia Pacific with primary responsibility for marketing software products and services worldwide.
Kelly graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.A. in Political Science. He later earned a management certificate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Kelly earned an M.B.A. from the University of Barcelona, a program that was conducted entirely in Spanish.
An active volunteer in the Philadelphia suburbs, Kelly serves on the Management Board of the Berwyn Fire Company, where he is also chairman of the Fundraising Committee. In addition, Kelly serves on the Financial Development Committee at the Upper Main Line YMCA and provides job counseling at Wayne Presbyterian Church. He belongs to the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group (GPSEG) and other networking groups.
Michael F. Roy
Managing Director
Mike Roy is a Managing Director at Celera Partners where he specializes in recruiting senior level technology executives for Global 2000 corporations, market leading software companies (including private equity backed and early stage venture capital) and global Systems Integration service providers. Additionally, Mike is a key contributor to Celera’s Chief Information Officer Practice where he conducts CIO, Centers of Excellence, and Board of Director search assignments.
Mike is a veteran of the IT industry. He brings more than thirty years of distinguished experience as a senior level Sales and Marketing executive with a career background at technology, manufacturing and telecommunications companies focused on Global 2000 and SMB customers. Industry focus included manufacturing, state, local & federal governments, health-care, education, finance and energy. Mike’s business foundation was developed at Fortune 50 and Fortune 1000 companies where superior-rated performance was rewarded with rapid promotions and diversified roles spanning 20 years with noted performances at Compaq/Digital Equipment and Federal Signal Corporation in ramping partnering relationships that have translated into $1B+ in solution /services revenue for large system integrators, enterprise ISVs and channel distribution.
Having worked as a senior level Sales/Marketing executive with numerous early stage companies, Celera’s private equity backed customers benefit from Mike’s broad experiences providing in depth value designing/growing organizations, building go-to-market models, value propositions, pricing models, consulting and delivering new product/service offerings. He has been a VP at Homeland Integrated Security Systems (wireless/software mobile asset management solutions), Moai Technologies (hosted-on-demand/licensed supplier relationship management software/services), Whisper Communications (wireless enterprise billing, CRM, EMS solutions) and Principal at the ValueStreams Group and Benchmarking Partners (delivering manufacturing & supply chain consulting engagements).
Mike has been an active member with Digital’s Manufacturing Customer Advisory Board, Cambridge Energy Research Association, Leadership Circle for the International Gas Association Foundation, Ingall’s Health System, Ingall’s Memorial Hospital, IMAS Ltd, XND Medium, Inc, Glenwood School for Boys and the University of Chicago Alumni Association. Mike received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and B.S. Marketing from Northeastern University.
